Family Health Centers School Based Health Center is located at Iroquois High School.
Services include:

- Care for conditions like asthma, ADHD, and acne
- Sick Visits
- JCPS Physicals
- Sports Physicals
- Vaccines
- COVID-19, Flu, Strep and other tests
- Counseling and Mental Health Services
This location is open to students and staff of Iroquois High School. Appointments are available to family of JCPS staff and IQHS Students with ID.
Family Health Centers School Based services offers telehealth appointments to the students and staff at Olmsted Academy-South Middle School.

Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 3:30PM
Dental Services Available on Thursdays
As a school based location, this site follows the Jefferson County School calendar.
