Immediate Care

Immediate Care at Family Health Centers is a walk-in service for adults with urgent health care needs.  Patients can walk-in to our immediate care locations for care or be added to a wait-list.  Patients on the wait-list can rest at home and will be contacted when we are ready to see you.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 8:00am – 3:00pm

FHC-Portland
Mondays  8:00am – 3:00pm
Wednesdays & Thursdays 8:00am  – 7:00pm

• Cold or Flu Symptoms
• Sinus Infections
• Minor Cuts or Skin Rashes, Minor injuries

• Acute Asthma or Allergy Symptoms
• Pain Upon Urination

• COVID-19 Vaccines
• COVID-19 tests (screening, diagnostic and travel testing)
• Cultures
• Influenza (flu) Test and Vaccine
• Mononucleosis
• Pregnancy tests
• Strep throat screens
• Tdap (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis)
• Td (tetanus, diphtheria)
