Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. donates $10,000 to the
Family Health Centers, Inc. Car Seat Program
LOUISVILLE, KY AUGUST 5, 2025 – Today the Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. announced a $10,000 donation to the Family Health Centers, Inc. for its Car Seat Program. The patients at Family Health Centers, a non-profit community health center, often face significant financial barriers to maintaining health and safety—struggling to afford basics like gas, transportation, prescriptions, and 
groceries. For many, purchasing a car seat or booster seat simply isn’t possible. This puts children at risk and prevents families from safely getting to school or accessing medical care. “Our car seat program is one of the many ways that Family Health Centers helps to address basic needs of our families to help them get the care they need,” said Kristin Munro-Leighton, Director of Health Education at Family Health Centers. “We are grateful for the generosity of Davis H. Elliot Company for investing in a program that helps families in such a fundamental way.”
Through its Child Safety Program, Family Health Centers provides approximately 250 car and booster seats annually, along with essential education for caregivers. Over the past decade, the program has distributed more than $80,000 in car seats, impacting over 2,000 children and families. This new support from Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. significantly expands the program’s reach and impact in 2025. “Elliot is proud to partner with Family Health Centers in support of the meaningful work they’re doing in Louisville,” said Jake Green, Vice President, Davis H.
