Family Health Centers School Based Health Center is located at Iroquois High School.

Services include:

• Primary Care
• Care for conditions like asthma, ADHD, and acne
• Sick Visits
• JCPS Physicals
• Sports Physicals
• Vaccines
• COVID-19, Flu, Strep and other tests
• Counseling and Mental Health Services

This location is open to students and staff of Iroquois High School. Family Health Centers School Based services offers telehealth appointments to the students and staff at Olmsted Academy-South Middle School.

Summer Hours

The office is open Monday – Friday.  Medical and Behavioral Health Providers are on-site only Tuesday -Thursday.
