Family Health Centers services and prescriptions are available with a sliding-fee discount based on your household size and income.
Family Health Centers accepts all forms of Kentucky Medicaid insurance, and most forms of Medicare and private insurances. Please bring your insurance cards to every appointment.
Family Health Centers can help you apply for free or low cost health insurance. This is a free service, available to anyone in the community.
For patients not using health insurance, Family Health Centers will automatically send you a cost estimate of your scheduled services, if the appointment is made more than 3 days in advance. You can also request a written cost estimate of services by calling (502) 772-8351.
