Since 1976, Family Health Centers has been dedicated to providing high quality medical care regardless of a person’s ability to pay. Over the years, we have grown to help more families, to be in different neighborhoods, and to add services to meet the needs of our community. Additional programs such as Reach Out and Read, Doctors and Lawyer for Kids, Language Services, Health Education Classes, and Community Health Workers are valuable resources to our patients and the community. Donations to FHC helps to support programs and services that are not grant funded or not reimbursed by health insurance. As a non-profit organization, donations to the Family Health Centers are tax deductible.

The FHC-Phoenix Housing program, we help place the most vulnerable in our community into permanent, supportive housing. When FHC is able to place someone in this program, we purchase everything someone might need to begin their new home; bed, furniture, linens, kitchen supplies, and more. With a donation to this campaign, you help make a new home.
Support our trauma informed healing practices by making a donation of grocery store gift cards or therapeutic supplies. Donations support clients receiving care at the Survivors of Torture Services.
