Beginning March 1, 2024 the minimum fee will increase for the first time in 11 years. The new minimum fees are:
- Medical $25.00 a visit
- Behavioral Health Services $25.00 a visit
- Dental Services $40.00 a visit

Our mission is to provide services without regard to the ability to pay. FHC is committed to finding solutions to help patients receive the care they need, when they need it at an affordable cost.

- We can work together to have a payment plan. FHC is working with a new vendor named Emerald who will begin helping patients with payment plans in April, 2024.
Due to our status as a federally qualified health centers, Family Health Centers must resume charging for our Behavioral Health Services.
Behavioral Health services include:
- Counseling services for mental health, alcohol, and drug use.
- Medication consultations and evaluations with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
- On-site pharmacy for psychiatric medications.
- Medication Assisted Treatment for opioid abuse and alcohol abuse.
- On-site lab for Vivitrol and other monthly injectable medicines.
