Immediate Care at Family Health Centers is a walk-in service for your urgent health care needs.  Patients can walk-in to our immediate care locations for care on a first-come, first-served basis.

FHC-이스트 브로드웨이  (Adults only)
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:00am – 6:00pm

FHC-Portland  (Children 12 years and older, Adults)
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:00am – 3:00pm

Friday 8:00am – 1:30pm

FHC- Iroquois Immediate Care (Children 18 months and older, Adults)
Located in the Hazelwood Shopping Center 4112 Taylor Blvd, Louisville, KY, 40215
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 3:00pm

• COVID-19 tests (screening, diagnostic and travel testing)
• Cultures
• Influenza (flu) Test Mononucleosis
• Pregnancy tests
• Strep throat screens
• Tdap (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis)
• Td (tetanus, diphtheria)
