We serve the working poor, the uninsured, those experiencing homelessness, refugees and immigrants, and anyone seeking affordable, high quality health care.
Family Health Centers is seeking Advanced Practice Registered Nurses to provide high quality health
care to Louisville’s underserved. Our areas of practice are: Adult Primary Care, Urgent Care, Women’s Health, Pediatrics, and Psychiatric care.
Must possess a license or work permit to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kentucky and maintain license throughout employment at FHC.
Current registration and designation as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) by the Kentucky Board of Nursing. -OR- Have been deemed eligible by a certifying body to sit for the APRN certification exam and have submitted an application to the Kentucky Board of Nursing for APRN registration.
The final hiring decision is pending issuance of a letter of temporary authority to practice from the Kentucky Board of Nursing. Must pass certification exam within 90 days of employment and maintain APRN certification throughout employment with FHC.
Must obtain CPR certification by the end of the probationary period and maintain certification throughout employment with FHC
