Behavioral Health Services $25.00 a visit
Dental Services $40.00 a visit

Born and raised here in Louisville, I have worked in the mental health field for over 30 years now! I started as a counselor assistant at Brooklawn Treatment Program when it was a residential alcohol and drug rehab center for adolescents waaaaay back in the ‘80s. I’ve worked in outpatient, inpatient, private, community, government, you name it. I had never worked with the homeless population when I started with FHC – Phoenix, but 10 years later, I’m happily still here and view this work as critical and fulfilling.
