COVID-19 is here to stay, but free and easy vaccines may not be. Family Health Centers with the Kentucky Nurses Association will be holding community COVID-19 vaccine clinics for anyone five years and older. Pfizer bivalent vaccines available. Don’t wait – vaccinate!
$20 gift cards will be provided to anyone vaccinated at these events as a thank you for protecting yourself and your community. These thank you cards were made possible by a generous donation by the Kentucky Association of Health Plans.

Family Health Centers is currently providing Pfizer vaccines to children 6 months to 11 years who are current patients. Ask for the COVID-19 vaccine at your next visit or call 502-774-8631 to schedule an appointment.
Bivalent booster shots (Pfizer) are now available for all children 6 months through 11 years old if it has been at least two months since their last COIVD-19 vaccine (primary series or booster). These COVID-19 vaccines provide protection against the original COVID-19 strain and the more recent Omicron strains.
Family Health Centers is vaccinating anyone in the community 12 years or older. FHC offers Pfizer vaccine for anyone 12 and older and the Moderna vaccine for anyone 18 and older.
