From Your Heart to Our Home
FHC-Phoenix is committed to eliminating homelessness, one person at a time. We currently provide Permanent Supportive Housing to 150 formerly homeless individuals, many of whom moved directly from the streets into their own apartment. Each year our need becomes greater as the number of individuals in our housing program continues to grow and we rely on the support of donors like you to best serve our clients. Your donation helps to support:
- Home Goods for formerly homeless individuals
- Holiday gifts for individuals in our Permanent Supportive Housing Program
