Beginning March 1, 2024 the minimum fee will increase for the first time in 11 years. The new minimum fees are:

Medical $25.00 a visit
Behavioral Health Services $25.00 a visit
Dental Services $40.00 a visit

FAMILY HEALTH CENTERS, INC (FHC) PARTNERS WITH KENTUCKY NURSES ASSOCIATION BRINGING A COVID-19 VACCINE CLINIC – March 25

WHAT:  FREE COVID-19 vaccines will be available this weekend. COVID-19 is here to stay, but free & easy vaccines may not be. Vaccinate, don’t wait! Here are the details:

o   Pfizer vaccine & boosters for ages 5+

o   No health insurance or SSN is needed.

o   Language interpretation is available.

o   To help us with spelling, we request a document with the full name of any vaccine recipient. Examples: mail addressed to the vaccine recipient, any printed ID, a patient card from a clinic, etc.

WHEN:       Saturday, March 25, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Media note: best time to be on-site will be between 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.

ABOUT:      COVID-19 is here to stay, but free and easy vaccines may not be easily accessible. It’s essential to keep up with all the COVID-19 vaccines and boosters.
