Medical $25.00 a visit
Behavioral Health Services $25.00 a visit
Dental Services $40.00 a visit

I am excited to be joining FHC as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I previously worked at Peace Hospital as a floor nurse with adults struggling in mental health crisis and substance abuse. I have always been passionate about mental health. My goal is to help as many people struggling with these issues as possible and bring awareness of their impact in our community. I am a Louisvillian through and through and have a legacy at FHC thanks to my mother who was a provider here until 2013. I have two daughters, Olivia 9, and Lida Rose 5, and a pug, Kreacher 6. I love cooking, paint by numbers, sci-fi, and reading.
