Scheduling an Appointment

FHC operates on an appointment basis, with “work-in” slots made available to accommodate patients who need to be seen the same day. To strengthen continuity of care, patients are scheduled with the same medical provider whenever possible. FHC’s Health Centers are generally open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Extended hours are available, please refer to each sites specific schedule listed in the Clinic Information pages for more information.
