Hours of Operation

FHC sites are generally open Monday through Friday from 8AM until 4:30 PM. Most sites also have extended hours, please refer to each individual site's information page.

All sites are closed the second Wednesday of each month from 8 AM–12:30 PM for staff meetings.

Appointments

FHC operates on an appointment basis, with "work-in" slots made available to accommodate the patients who need to be seen the same day. To strengthen continuity of care, patients are scheduled with the same primary care physician whenever possible.

After Hours

If you need to contact a physician after hours or on holidays, call the center you regularly visit.  An answering service will have the physician-on-call return your call soon as possible.

Holiday Schedule

Please be advised of the following Holiday Schedule. Family Health Centers will be closed on these days. If a holiday falls on Saturday, it is observed the preceding Friday. If it falls on Sunday, it is observed the following Monday.
